Library!

*Le sigh*

Does looking at this photo make you all giddy-like? I wish I could get lost in there. Find myself a nice desk--or a comfy sofa for that matter.

I love to spend lots of time in the library. No one will bother you there. You are master there. Are you kidding me? Look at what's surrounding you!

Karma, karma! The books bleed their positive chi into us crazy writers so that we feel spurred into the next chapter. So we can get our stories out there on those shelves!

Okay, I know. So I'm a geek.

Confess--how do you feel about libraries?

I spend 5 days a week in a library, from 8-4:30 pm :D

that must have been a very arousing picture to get deleted by the host.

I feel the same about bookshops - both new and used.

Libraries are the last ever bastion of civilization!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's how I feel about them!! They ROCK and should be worshipped and preserved and financed properly! :-) Take care

I feel like I'm in church...I have reverence for all the books. And like church, I don't go often enough.

I love libraries ... so much that I even work in one!

Yep - libraries are good places - possibly the last bastion of silence in our beeping, bleeping world. My fantasy job at school was being a Librarian - so I envy some of these fellow commenters :-)
Thanks for the vision of karma ...
All best

Ours never had anything but children's books (small town), so I just built my own in my home. I love libraries though, and am in mine most of the day, every day.

Interesting - I see the photo. Looks like it's from Second Life. You could build the library to end all libraries there.

Libraries are very comforting places - I love being surrounded by the tall stacks of books.

Trisha, it sounds like you work there! Do you love it still? :0)

Mooderino, LOL! No kidding. I replaced it. :D

Paula--oh yes! I especially love old ones.

Jennifer...lol,you're cute! I wonder how libraries are going to handle ebooks? :/

Em--you make me laugh. Yes, there is a bit of spirit at the library, isn't there? I know how you mean!

Cathy--luck you! I worked in one in Middle school, tried to get in last year, but oh well. :(

Karla, true. I feel that libraries would be a fantabulous place to work at, too!

Varmit, that's a great idea. Gotta go where you can create your own piece of heave. :)

Alex, is there now!

Ciara, welcome! Sorry about the photo. :( I should've come by and checked earlier.

Ann, thank you!

Joanna, that's my goal! But life gets so carried away that I've lost sight of that. SO sad. I'll have to do that again. Thanks for the precious reminder.

Km, me too!

Holly, I've had to replace it. The other one looked like it was inside a castle--it was gorgeous. *Sigh*

Liz, me too! It makes me feel lost in time. :D
