Hello Matt! No, the conference is for everyone if you have an main characters ages 0-18. (I'm sure they won't kick you out if all your MCs are over the age of 18, but it would be very useful if you did. ;)
The conference is August 10-12, Tuesday thru Thursday here: http://www.writeoncon.com. And it's FREEEE! XD
