Here are some photos of the home we're living in now!

It's a long story from then to now, I have in mind to continue writing about our journey here. On the meanwhile...
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone I've missed!
What have you been up to since November 18th, 2015?
Moving is such a HUGE thing, I'm impressed you're back already!
ReplyDeleteWell, my brain keeps floating back here without my body and it finally blackmailed it. I don't know when I'm here to stay, though, but I'm around! xD
DeleteIt looks like a beautiful house and setting. Three days in a hotel would be enough for anyone.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Winter, so far, has been mild! My kids love sitting outside on the swing. So much prettier than our last home. :)
DeleteElizabeth!!!! I've missed you!!!! *hugs*
ReplyDeleteLovely pictures. I wish my yard looked like that. I so need an archway. ;)
Chrys! ((HUGS)) I miss you, too! I wish I could be the nifty blogger I was a few years back. But when I had Babykins 3 years ago, everything changed! My brains are not the same anymore! lol
DeleteGlad you found a house quickly and have settled into a new life. Or is that part of a larger, wackier story?
ReplyDeletelol, Hi, Alex! We're glad to have found a house, too! Life is still crazy. I almost feel like a teenager all over again, you know, trying to see how I fit in on the grander scheme of things. :) How are you doing? :P
DeleteWhat a nice place. I wish you all the best in your new home.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Karen!
DeleteLooks like a beautiful property. Moving a long distance is scary. I hope everything else fell into place as well as this little piece of the jigsaw.
ReplyDeleteIt is falling into place! My kids are SO happy. My hubby and I are, too! It's amazing how things are going nowadays, though I wish I could reroot my writing brain. ugh
DeleteI totally understand. Moving can be stressful and highly time consuming. Glad you found a good place to settle--looks nice in the photos. I wish you well in your new hometown and look forward to hearing more about your adventure.

Thank you, Lee! I hope to setting my psyche soon so that I can be here in mind as well as body. :)
DeleteSo neat hearing from you. I'm so glad you settled in so quickly. Do the kids like their new schools. Keep it real and remember Proverbs 3:5-6. Love you!
ReplyDeleteEsther! There's NO place like Promontory! Even Venture does NOT compare. *Sigh* I'm homeschooling the kids. Yeah. It felt right and I just jumped in. I'm still a little scared, but it's the direction I need to take. Eeeek! x)
DeleteSo glad you got settled so quickly. Do the kids like their new schools? Keep it real and remember Proverbs 3:5-6. Love you!
ReplyDeleteSorry for not updating your comment sooner. I'm missing my Esther!!!
DeleteYour home looks lovely! SO glad you found a place to stay. I hope you're settling in nicely there in Texas. Any time to write? I've been writing away, as well as dredging up a coupla old manuscripts and redoing them. :) Happy almost-spring! (close enough, right?)
ReplyDeleteThank you! I'm determined to do authorly stuff--right now it's just editing and rewriting. I'm looking forward to delving into a new project when I'm done with those. :D
DeleteIt's fun to dredge up old MS, isn't it? You get to relive the excitement of yore and make it fresh!
Thank you, happy spring time to you! <3
Wow, Elizabeth, I didn't know you'd moved to Texas. Moving is exhausting and stressful but still exciting. I hope you're enjoying your new location!
ReplyDeleteHi, Karen! Sorry for taking long to publish your comment. It was a very rough start, yet, exciting! I'm loving the climate, the greenery, the people... We feel so blessed. <3
