Elizabeth, I agree, a rejection letter to me simply means that wasn't the right place for my manuscript (NOT my manuscript wasn't right for that place! LOL).
Though of course there are times when you forget and it hurts. But it makes the acceptance letter that much more awesome when you get it. :-)
